30-Day satisfaction guarantee
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging with all accessories included.
How to start a return
- Email us at support@scrubgenie.store with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a return address.
- Ship the item back using a trackable service.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service since we cannot refund items lost during return shipping.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund — your choice.
Non-refundable items
- Items returned after 30 days
- Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing accessories
- Items returned without prior authorization
Order cancellation
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if they have not yet shipped. Once shipped, our regular return policy applies.
Refund processing time
After we approve your return, refunds are issued within 5-7 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
