We stand behind every ScrubGenie order with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
How to start a return
Email us at saqr79209933@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition you received it
- Unused (or lightly tested)
- In its original packaging
Damages, defects, or wrong items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll send a replacement at no cost — no need to return the original.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Non-refundable items
Gift cards and items marked "Final Sale" cannot be refunded.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or credit card company first, then reach out to us at saqr79209933@gmail.com.
