Shipping Policy
All ScrubGenie orders ship with free standard shipping to the United States.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Delivery Times
- United States: 7–14 business days after processing
- Canada, UK, Australia: 10–20 business days after processing
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays outside of our control.

- United States: FREE
- International: Rates calculated at checkout
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package hasn't arrived within 30 days of the shipping date, please contact us at saqr79209933@gmail.com and we'll investigate with the carrier or ship a replacement.
Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses. If you catch a mistake, email us within 6 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties charged by your country. These are the customer's responsibility.
