Order processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as it ships.
Shipping times & destinations
We currently ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times are calculated from the day of dispatch, not from the order date.
- United States: 7-14 business days
- Canada: 10-18 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 10-20 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 12-22 business days
- Rest of world: 14-30 business days
Shipping costs
- United States: FREE on all orders
- Everywhere else: calculated at checkout based on destination
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active after shipment.
Customs, duties & taxes
For international orders (outside the US), any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by your country are the responsibility of the buyer. We ship items marked as merchandise and cannot mark them as gifts.
Damaged or lost packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@scrubgenie.store with your order number and photos of the damage (if applicable). We'll make it right.
